Our current Bylaws   (as amended at the Congregational Meeting on January 23, 2011) and Proxy Form for any congregational meeting (can't attend a meeting? Keep your voice! Emerson UU Chapel, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri.
