1. Document and implement effective financial systems.

Measure: Written and implemented systems.

2. Develop and implement a written strategic plan.

Measure: Written plan with action steps

3. Strongly support all avenues of congregational commitment

Measure: increased participation in groups, increase in # of pledging units, strong leaders

4. Develop and support a strong stewardship program that involves the entire congregation's commitment to:

Measure: Full committees and chairmanships, a broad range of programs, a balanced budget and a clean and welcoming chapel facility.
