Coming again in 2012-13: Sermon Writing for Beginners: Have you ever thought about what you would do with a worship service if it were yours to create? Rev. Taves will be offering a four part course that will guide you through the process of identifying a theme, building a service, and writing a sermon. Participants will have the opportunity to offer their worship service in the 2011-2012 church year should they wish to do so. Check back after Rev. Taves' sabbatical for a new class.
The perfect class for those who are new to UUism or considering membership. A wonderful opportunity to learn more about Unitarian Universalism and meet others like you. This class will be offered again in September.
The perfect class for those who are wishing to deepen their sense of spirituality, or connectedness within Emerson Chapel. The perfect next step for those who have completed the Roots curriculum, or recently become a part of the Emerson community. The class meets monthly, and offers participants the opportunity to explore more deeply Unitarian Universalism and their own expressions and experiences of spirituality. All are welcome. You may begin attending the class at any time through the year. Childcare is provided if you have requested it with your RSVP. Next class will begin this Fall, please check back later for more information.
Check back often for more offerings.
