Our current Bylaws   and Proxy Form for any congregational meeting (can't attend a meeting? Keep your voice! Print this form, contact another voting member of Emerson to vote your proxy for you.) Our Articles of Incorporation are on file with the Secretary of State. For a numerical history, click here. The State of Missouri has several laws which deal with non-profit corporations. Emerson UU Chapel, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri.
